I have been using Attapoll for over a year now and I am very satisfied. It is a very simple app that you just install on your phone and just leave it there. When a new survey is available, you will get a notification.
Payouts are extremely fast and usually happen within 1 hour. You need just € 2.5 to cashout with Revolut or a giftcard and € 3 to cashout with PayPal.

IMPORTANT
Make sure that you go to settings and change Survey Frequency to "As many as possible".
