Great app called AttaPoll that pays you to take surveys. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I've made a few bucks just by answering a few questions.
The surveys are pretty short and easy to do, and you can usually get paid between $0.10 and $0.70 per survey. You can also earn bonus points for completing surveys quickly or referring friends.
